While traveling, I stopped in for their "passionate" food options and morning espresso. While it may seem like a charming local spot for a morning coffee, my personal experience left me feeling regret for the amount of money I spent on such a disappointing culinary experience. Firstly, if you love a great espresso AND want it in quantity, this place will NOT check those boxes.
The espresso here is a letdown, with a weak and seemingly over-extracted taste that lacks the robustness I was hoping for. It's a bit of a pet peeve here - All espresso drink sizes come with only 2 shots. If you're after a larger serving, be prepared to pay for extra shots, which can be quite frustrating.
Even after paying for 2 extra shots, my 4-shot 20-oz iced Americano with a splash of heavy cream was still underwhelming and thin-tasting, which was quite disappointing.
As someone who can't have carbs, I was disappointed with the limited food options. Even when I asked for a modification to make a meal carb-free, I was given less food for the same price, which was a bit of a letdown.

Stopped here while on a road trip and loved it! Super friendly staff plus great food and coffee. I have celiac and was able to sub a gluten free bun on any sandwich! Also, the GF bun held up and tasted great!

Delicious americano. Service for a Sunday morning was rather slow…. But that’s what Sunday is all about. The cafe is roomy and quiet for a bit of reading and study.
Their breakfast burrito was a little on the small size with minimal ingredients, but the coffee was phenomenal!

Great location in charming, downtown Idaho Falls. Enjoyed the coffee, chai latte, and breakfast fare! The beverages were prepared quickly and the breakfast sandwiches and burritos came out hot. Food prices a tad high for the sizes and being without sides, but I appreciated the vegetarian options. Sat outside with my dog, and the atmosphere was relaxing and quiet. Great service and selection of foods and drinks.

Great little coffee shop downtown. The food was good, the service was very friendly and fast, plus they were crowded. It was a Saturday morning, during the Saturday market time. Had a couple sandwiches and the burrito.
The only reason I gave a four star instead of the five star is because their sandwiches were pretty small. Same goes with the burrito, pretty small. Just thought they could put a lot more meat in these sandwiches compared to other places downtown. Food was good tasting, though, just a little disappointed in the volume.
Very clean inside, cool atmosphere, air conditioning. The staff was great.
