I have been going to this Wendy's for YEARS i grew up here. I've had lots of different experiences here and after 21 years tonight was probably THE best service I've had at any drive thru ever. We appreciate the man named Nathan so much thank you for an extremely pleasant experience

Been coming to this Wendy’s now for over a year, it’s the closest one to our home in the middle of no where in Shelley. Our orders are constantly messed up or we end up missing items. Usually we get things resolved but I’m tired of the constant pattern of messed up orders. Today we ordered our usual Mobile order but bacon was missing on all of our bacon double stacks. If you plan on coming to this place make sure your order is correct every time, chances are it’s not.

Got my order completely wrong and said I had to drive clear back over to get any kind of refund. It would cost me more in gas than the refund is worth. It’s not the biggest deal in the world but it’s still just really disappointing.
Never go there again after they said that the price offended on how busy they were..

Went to Wendy's today with our kids to get kids meals and 2 chicken sandwiches. Upon getting to the windows the manager(keegan) was being rude to her employees, we had 4 1.99 kid meals coupons and a bogo chicken sandwich coupon. We gave them the coupons and the manager was extremely rude and raised her voice saying "you cant use the the chicken coupon also! " we asked her to stop yelling in which she stated I'm just loud but if you want me to yell I can. After getting everything sorted out she said was rude making sure everything was charged right we took her word for it got the food and the receipt and it was not charged right I was charged 4 extra dollars in which I had to go back in to deal with. Very rude terrible service, her employees did not look thrilled to work with this manager and her customer service was beyond piss poor. I'm extremely appalled at the service received to day in hopes that the general manager reads this to know what's going on when this manager is left I charge.. we normally don't have this kind of problems at this location.
Also the chicken sandwiches were old and very un-enjoyable..
