I went here to literally just get two junior frosties; that’s it that’s all. After taking a small scoop off the top as my first bite you know what I find… A two inch or so strand of short black hair BURIED INSIDE OF; not on the lid, or on top of the frosty, INSIDE my frosty! Not only was this annoying; when my fiancée went in (cause ngl I was just annoyed and was going to let it just be a bad review) she asked to talk to the manager; and the employee was straight up avoiding and trying to not let their manager find out and made us a new frosty. Their was two employees with short black hair today ik it was one of those two people. I’ll stick to the broadway location for now ?

Alright, i just went in here to get one simple thing, i got two jr frostys, how hard is it to mess that up. My fiancé opened his and after just one bite he saw a short black hair, so i went in and asked for a manager, the lady then went back and got the manager for me, and when i told her that there was a hair in it the lady that helped me originally said if it's just a hair it's not that big of a deal, we could have just remade that for you, my manager was very busy, and yes i get it if it was just a mess up but that was a hair in the food, and it was not just on top it was in the frosty. That's top one priority in a food workplace is making sure that everything is sanitary. if i wanted hair in my food i would have went to a gas station.

Wendy’s just reminded me why I don’t eat out much. $70 for burgers with the wrong toppings, missing order items, and the worst fries this side of a trash can isn’t really what I had in mind for dinner tonight. Seriously, fast food fries have been perfected by the industry. How did these become nasty strips of salted cardboard? Is this some recycling scheme?

I absolutely love spending 50 bucks on an easy bite to get it home, open it up and find that the buns are rock hard and all the chicken has a foul smell.Had to be sitting there for at least 4 hours.10/10 do not

All right this Wendy's is pretty decent, the employees that I've interacted with were very kind and seemed like they were listening to what I order. And the food was pretty good, not the best burger I've ever had, I tried the junior cheeseburger deluxe that's my favorite for sure, I would recommend it. So all around I'm saying four stars because I was satisfied with my experience for the most partParking: The parking was apt for the amount of people that usually frequent this establishment.Kid-friendliness: It's the average fast food restaurant inside, they seemed like they kept it pretty cleanWheelchair accessibility: It's at ground level

We were craving a burger and some chili, so we came to this location.I'll say I am pretty disappointed. They said the chili wasn't up to temp, like come on its lunch time an the Chilli isn't warm?Has some tears in the seats an they shoved a plastic bag in the rip.The floors are pretty dang dirty, you have a staff member hanging out with her significant other, like you have time to chill, when you should have a freaking mop in your hand.Atleast my burger was good.Fries weren't that good.This location is pretty trashed, an yall just got remodeled?

Double check your change if you are paying with cash at this location. They have shorted me my change the last 2 times I’ve been through the drive-thru. I went in this time to see the manager who was force feeding a frosty to the girl at the window. I admit it’s probably difficult to count change and be force fed ice cream at the same time. Once the Manager was finished they came over and addressed my concerns. The Manager who seemed equally confused by the math returned my money once I explained how counting change works.Paid with a $50.00 and 2 quarters.Received $36.55 in change.Manager took my 55 cents and gave me back a dollar. ?#commoncoremath
