The workers are always so kind, and the food is good.
Ok but not to happy with the food. May or may not go back. Like a little more restraint style.

We placed an online order to get some wings tonight and were very disappointed. When we got there we were notified they had lost our order and had to remake it. They made the new order pretty quickly. They handed it to us and immediately walked away and we had to ask someone back in the kitchen to get us a cup for our drink. We should’ve checked our order before we left but didn’t. When we got home we were met with the completely wrong order of wings. We then called to see if it could be rectified. We were told that if they remade it, it would take 1hr+ when they were able to turn around and make wings for us when we were there. The staff was unwelcoming and seemed less than competent our entire visit and talking to our family they stated that this also happens to them too. I wish it was just an unfortunate mixup but it’s seems to be a known issue…

I always loved this place but tonight a guy answered the phone with an attitude and passed the phone to another guy to take my order. He was rude also in taking my order. Once he finished my order he just hung up on me. So I get my order home and everything was right on my order slip except I asked for mild on one of the wings and instead got hot. My other wings I ordered were all flats but they gave me mixed instead which I'm not going to drive 20 minutes back to get it corrected. I was very disappointed in everything today knowing I was really wanting and craving their wings. Not happy at all with the employees tonight. If managers wants to know who worked that shift, it's the guys on 9/21/25 evening shift at 6:50 pm.

Once again we gave Wing Stop another shot when my husband ordered 3 PLAIN CHICKEN TENDERS AND 2 mild buffalo and actually got 3 HOT AND 2 MILD this is not ok

My wings came in a puddle of grease that leaked everywhere. All the grease soaked up the seasoning so the wings were flavorless

So I was picking up an order for DoorDash and the guy with short brown curly hair. Bagged the order and the bottom of the bag was soaked and when I asked him to rebag it so I don’t give it to the customer and he had attitude back and said “ ok” and just put the soaked bag in a new bag and I told him “ their is a liquid on the counter” then he replied with “ it’s ok it’s just water” so I give no star for service
I had a really good customer experience with the help of Jay who was able to explain well the good deals as well as made sure I was able to get my take out order ASAP! Great workers and a super chill environment!

If I could give this place a 0 star I would, have never had this bad of service here but they definitely out did it, We rode our bikes to get wingstop from 7 miles away ordered and then when we sat down Augustine told us the lobby was closed and it was only 10:55pm he said we had to eat them outside, and insisted we leave! I told him I wasn’t leaving and he left in the back very upset and didn’t even cook our food started putting boxes of food away waited for over 45 minutes for our food.

I’m a VERY patient person, but the three times that I’ve gone into this establishment. It’s taken forever to get my food it’s lukewarm or soggy. Go here if you don’t mind waiting 45 minutes to an hour even to get a small order(just French fries)👍 I’ve always been so polite but Lots of attitude was put back at me.the lady was yelling in my face when I asked how much longer on the food in a polite way. I really do get it because I worked in places that serve food like this but at this point it’s ridiculous. The way I got treated was terrible I haven’t been back since October of last year. Super sad👎

Terrible service. They said they wouldn’t honor deals that they were advertising at the register and online. I ended up buying online and going to pick up in person. They lied to my face about the deals and were super rude. The kitchen staff were on their phone and then touching food.
