Terrible service. They said they wouldn’t honor deals that they were advertising at the register and online. I ended up buying online and going to pick up in person. They lied to my face about the deals and were super rude. The kitchen staff were on their phone and then touching food.

I often go here with my wife after doctor’s appointments. It’s got good food and friendly workers. It’s generally clean and I’ve never had an issue with the food. They have in fact more often than not given extra wings. I think the only room for improvement is that there have been on occasion some really long wait times.

I ordered a meal for 2. Paid almost $40 for them to serve me cold chicken, forget my LG Fries, and corn on the cob. My sodas were so watered down I threw them away. Needless to I will not be back to Wingstop.

Can you put my ranch in the bag. The ranch I paid extra for. It's not that hard to read a label. Put it in the bag. It's happened multiple times at this point and it's beyond annoying to pay extra for something I don't end up receiving.

Please list the flavor options for the wings somewhere besides on the wall inside the restaurant... I appreciate your employee's ability to rattle them off like a bored 5th grader reciting her ABC's for the millionth time, but you fancy yourself a takeout operation. You make it extremely hard to make an informed decision when the whole family is gathered around my cell phone, trying to hear someone rap-chanting a dozen wing flavors as fast as Eminem can tell you why he's shady. We could not find said information on the website or the little menu card you made available to us on a previous visit. One would almost be so bold as to assume there must be a plethora of other items on another menu somewhere... and the flavors must not be that important... but that's all you got. Give me BBQ I guess? You have BBQ right? Can you repeat those flavors again?
Never had a bad meal here! The chicken is always cooked to perfection! Staff does a great job in such a fast paced environment. Ray is the GM and doesn’t great job keeping the place a great destination!

It's a quiet and clean little place. I got garlic Parm and it was absolutely dry, so I'm not sure what went wrong with some other other people's reviews. The hot ones I got were the perfect level of spice and well seasoned. The fries were even delicious. It was my first time at a Wing Stop and I'll definitely be back. The service was pretty slow and a little cold-demeanored, but not completely horrible.
