I was hosting an event and needed 200 cookies, I called Crumble to place the order and on Crumble's end there was trouble, the computer had frozen up. They asked me to call back in 15 minutes to order again, I forgot, in my mind, I thought I had placed the order and never called back. The day came and I arrived at Crumble to pick up my order, which I had not placed! The manager was called to the front and gently reminded me that I had not called back and there were no cookies for me, I did a little pleading, and told me he could fill the order in 2 hours, but with only Chocolate Chip Cookies. I was grateful for that bone, returned at the appointed time, and picked up what I thought would be 200 Chocolate Chip Cookies, when I lifted the lids they had done a variety for me. I was so pleased, they had gone above and beyond for me! I had put them out and they did the very best they could. People complain about how hard it is to find good service these days, I do it all the time, but not today, way to go Crumble Cookie in Twin Falls!“
