I grew up here and went to this location so much during high school, and it’s sad how bad it has gotten. My husband and I got a large Royal New York Cheesecake blizzard, and it was not a great experience.

1. It took several minutes for them to even start our order, through the drive thru at 10:00 pm.

2. It took a long time to be made.

3. They did not fill the blizzard up to the top.

4. They did not flip it upside down, and their reasoning was because of the strawberries, which we had never ever heard of and we’ve gotten this blizzard before.

5. The ice cream was like soft served ice cream, not what a blizzard should be like, and it was just pure graham crackers with a little bit of strawberries and cheesecake bites.

6. Halfway through, I got a whole peanut and my husband got one at the end. This blizzard should not have any peanuts! This is dangerous for allergy reasons and a choking hazard.

This location has definitely gone down hill the last several years, and this might be one of the last times we go there. Just so sad because it used to be so good!

Ordered three blizzards cist $20 dollars and all of them were soup. When the person turned it over some of the ice cream fell out. Very disappointing. Almost embarrassing. Will not be going there any more for ice cream

I 100% Recommend coming here to get ice cream because they have so many options and different treats. I also really recommend their chicken tenders for lunch! I also say you should get their mobile app it’s so easy to rack up points for free ice cream and food. We didn’t catch her name sadly ,but the girl who took our order and brought our food to us was out of this world with her service!!! I just know we came on the 6th around 4-5.

Im a big fan of DQ, yet this location was a huge letdown. I thought it would be faster to go in and get my order. That was definitely not the case. I waited 23 minutes to get 4 LG plain vanilla cones and 1 banana split. Then having an employee tell us they needed to let the icecream harden because it was too soft. This was after all the drive through people got their ice cream. Then a door dash order came in with 2 LG blizards that were made after they told us the machine needed time. Like I get that the ice cream needs time to set but making orders that came in after ours is ridiculous. I am not impressed with this location and will not be going back any time soon.

I have been here a few times and it is just a horrible restaurant. The hot food is cold, the ice cream is already dripping as soon as they hand it to you. The service is super slow and horrible. I tried it a few times thinking the bad experience might have been a one off but I have nothing good to say about this place.

If I could leave a zero; I would. Service was TERRIBLE. Emily the teenage terror had the worst attitude I’ve ever encountered. The wait for my food was over 20 minutes, my order was messed up. I asked for it to be fixed, and was refused. I left and called the manager to explain what had happened and was met with more passive aggressive attitude as if it’s MY fault he decided to say yes to being a manager at DQ. Not to mention the undercooked chicken from the chicken strip basket that gave me food poisoning after the person at the window almost dropped my food while handing it to me. HEED MY ADVICE; save the dr trip, the pain, the waste of money for things you’ll never receive correctly or cooked to health codes temps and take your business elsewhere.
