El Sombrero is a local family owned restaurant specializing in a sort of Tex Mex food. I have never had a bad plate, the tamales are amazing, the burritos are as big as your head and the flavors are wonderful. Especially recommend the Chile Verde burrito ranchero, the beef fajitas, and the combination plate. The taco salad is quite tasty as well. Fresh made salsa and all you can eat chips complete the meal. I highly recommend this place to anyone, I've been eating there for years.

These people are veterans to what they do. Im in love with the quesadillas de adobada. This has been our go to taco truck ever since i can remember. Definitely a staple to the jerome community.

Just like every other time I've gone, it's delicious! The chicken tacos are so insane good with their unlimited homemade avocado sauce, fresh lime, some homemade hot sauce, fresh avocado, the works! (yum). Thanks for the great family environment to take my whole family for lunch, and the amazing food on my trip to Idaho, once again!
