After discovering a huge mistake with my order from another location, (dealing with an allergy the twin falls store ignored),I stopped at the Jerome Jack in the Box on my way to work to see if they could help fix it. I explained the situation and showed the receipt along with the sandwich that had been made incorrectly.

Fernanda and Crystal handled the situation quickly and professionally. They listened to what happened, fixed the sandwich immediately with no questions asked, and even gave me a small fry. They didn’t have to do that since the mistake came from another location, but they still chose to make it right.

That kind of customer service really stood out. Instead of making me feel like a problem, they handled it respectfully and efficiently and made sure I left with the correct order before heading into work.
