I waited over 35 minutes for my food while they sit and drank soda and didn’t even check to see how long on my food while it sat on the warmer. Everyone who ordered after me got there food before me.

Why can't these guys ever fix their service? Waited well over a half hour in their drive through on a Sunday night. I was at the halfway point of a road trip and wanted a break, or I'd have never stuck around that long.I guess I really wanted some ice cream. These guys just really seem to struggle in the service end, and it never seems to really change. I try them again every so often. I'm not sure why.

We stopped by for some ice cream the other day.Stood at the counter for 5-6 minutes and two employees walked by multiple times or was making a window order and never acknowledged us once. We were the only people at the counter.I know it's hard to find employees but when you do please train them to at least say "hi, I'll be with you in a minute."We left and went to the competition.
We were traveling and needed a quick bite. As with everything else prices are higher than the last time we stopped.

I've been here about ten times. You just can't pay enough for a good meal here. I spent $87.50 getting dinner for the family. Consistent with my other times here, the fried food was lukewarm and soggy, and only about half the Blizzard had any of the topping in it. After I paid, I asked for ranch dressing for the chicken meals I got. They told me that would be another $1.50. It's basically gas station quality food at 5x the price. I've done this enough to learn my lesson.
