I'm not sure how to rate this place. I've been 5 times in the few years they've been open. My first experience was wretched! Second close to the same. The third my husband and I came in they tried to say we were in the weekend before and started a fight, so they tried to kick us out. Had to look at our licenses to confirm. The 4 time we came in the new manager would not stop talking to my husband, EVEN AFTER our food was brought to our table. He just hung out there, like it was the thing to do. This very last time was probably the best time. We went to bar side instead of the restaurant side. Maybe that's the difference. I have mixed feelings about this place honestly.. But I will say this last time was the best out of all of them!

We have been to 208 several times and have always had a pleasant experience, today we took visiting family here and the experience was so bad it has ruined it. The service was terrible, the food disappointing. One waitress took a drink from the bar to the kitchen. We will not be going back.

Can I give this place a hundred stars?! Anyone who knows us, knows that we love finding the most local spots while on the road and when I saw this, and how close it was to the truck stop, I knew it was a MUST! We enjoyed the loaded fries, a bacon/swiss burger and the chili burger! The crowd was calm, place was clean and atmosphere was just what we like. Service was great, food came fast, and hot! I wish we had a place on the east coast like this! I’ll miss this place after just one visit! Thanks 208 for a great meal!

Jerome High School class of 1995 had our meet and greet on Friday June 20th here. It was fantastic! The wonderful Idaho weather through us a curve ball and the staff here handled it beautifully. We had a private party on the 986 Bar side of the building. Staff was fantastic.

We were visiting from out of state and found 208 Bar and Grill for dinner. Had $1 / rib night. I ate 6 and they were very good. Also had a bacon cheeseburger which was very good. The man that ran the bar (owner? not sure) gave us lots of sight seeing suggestions and was very helpful in planning our visit. Good atmosphere, food, and drinks.
Definitely stop by if you’re driving through Jerome. Good people and great food.

Easy going, club sandwich and onion rings were perfect. Sat at the bar, traveling through the state, had a good local beer and sandwich. Family friendly, looks like lots of regulars but they were still nice to someone who was just passing through
