For us, this is the best Mexican restaurant in the Magic Valley. Great service - quick and very friendly. Plenty of tables, so you’re not right on top of other patrons. It seems like they’re always hosting a birthday or anniversary party, which tells me they’re family favorites in this area. My wife and I go to "The Hat" a couple times a month for special occasions. We absolutely LOVE it! The chips and salsa are outstanding and plentiful. We have tried several different menu items and have never been disappointed. The staff that works there are always upbeat and friendly. I love the atmosphere and the place is always clean and orderly. We will continue patronizing this gem in Jerome.
