They should hire people who can actually work until the stated closing time. Went this evening around 5:20. The girl working said she was closing at 6 because she had to leave for a practice she couldn't miss. Said we were good for a bit so we sat down. Not too long after she went ahead and rushed us out. Sucks because we were enjoying a calm sit down moment after a busy day.

They just open and close whenever they see fit. Last night hotel was full…. They closed 30 minutes early turning families away. Today it’s almost 9:30 and they aren’t open when it states they open at 8. This has been the last three times we have visited. We tell other families don’t even bother now when we hear them mentioning Mos.

This business gets two stars for actually being open at the stated time. However, there were only four flavors available. All syrups and sauces were empty, and staff stated there wasn't anymore available but will leave the empty containers out to make it appear as if they have it in stock.Service is awful. These teens don't greet you, don't help you at all or acknowledge your presence and then have the audacity to have signs up stating that "Tips are highly appreciated."Well here is your tip: If you want a money tip, then provide decent to excellent service and you MAY get one. The amount of entitlement to a tip, poor customer service, and lack of options is why we will not be back.

A hidden gem in the Silver Mountain Village. Great espresso drinks and frozen yogurt. Most skiers are local and don't stick around but if you have time check out the village.

Silver Mountain Lodge had a treasure hunt going on which one of the clues lead us to the fro yo. We already intended on going but this made it a little more adventurous. We came in and the gentleman working greeted us happily (I may get the spelling wrong but his name was Raven). He was quite charismatic and joked around and laughed with us as we picked out our desserts and toppings. We informed him we were doing the kids passport from the lodge in which our daughter gets stamps in a booklet for doing certain activities during our stay, he excitedly asked her how it was going and to see her passport and then he drew a personal cartoon drawing for her instead of giving her just another stamp. This individual was a great example of taking pride in one’s work, he didn’t have to but he did go above and beyond and made it a great experience. So thanks again Raven for your great hospitality!
