Over 10 people waited over an hour for them to open. Sign on the door said they should be open, but had penciled in would open again at 4 pm. Waited until after 4:00 and they did not open. Worker returned 3 times in the hour and went inside, making drinks, but did not open up and just kept door locked and left with the drinks.
Explain to me why the girl who works there decides when she actually gets to work? Putting up the “be back in 10 min sign” and wanders around the entire resort how she pleases. Who runs these places?? After we actually found her, No toppings were stocked, there were 3 flavors barely frozen. Customer service sucks here. Don’t keep your hopes up at any places around here.
