I was looking forward to dinner when visiting Sun Valley at Barrio75, only to leave with a less than stellar dining experience. Came in around 5:45 on a Saturday night, empty (not a good sign). Ordered some queso appetizer, which was like warm and kind of chalky. The bag of chips and side salsas we ordered were much better and we snacked on those. Our server was so sweet, but unfortunately we hardly saw her. I’m sure she was busy and not just ignoring us but it made the dining experience rough. The wait for food and service was nearly unbearable. The food wasn’t worth the price which was a bummer because we were so excited to eat here.
