“Attended a wedding catered by Salted Sprig this weekend and was impressed by the quality and taste of the dishes provided. This included not just the dinner, but also the appetizers served during the cocktail hour. Not sure how to describe their fried cheese crisps, drizzled with honey and pistachio, but I would have kept eating them had I not been restrained by the fact dinner was starting in 30 minutes! Can't wait to have the opportunity to graze on their delicious offerings next time I'm in Blaine County!“
