Skip cookbook or Fiamma. Enoteca was amazing food wise, service wise, everything. Had a less than pleasant dinner at Cookbook for 350$ and cried tears of joy at how tasty Enoteca was. Definitely a redemption meal of Ketchum. Was highly recommended by locals, and did not disappoint.

We had the mama's salad, wine auction pizza and a black cod special. My wife loves black cod but didn't feel like the preparation was very interesting or flavorful. The pizza and salad were great. Service and atmosphere was also wonderful. My only suggestion is the spruce up the outside of the building. It's a very plain facade and hard to tell if it's even open. Maybe this is intentional, but it's very nondiscript.

One of the best spots in Ketchum. Carefully curated menu with unique specials, and a warm and cozy atmosphere.

In town for 4 nites and our best two meals were at Enoteca. Perfect mix of fine dining without being pretentious. The room is cozy and warm. We tried two of the pizzas, the bison, the chicken and mama's salad. They have a great chef. Melanie was delightful as our server the first nite. You can't go wrong. Enoteca deserves all the great reviews. Book ahead, not easy to get in.

The quail really missed the mark but the chicken was good. Pizza is good, too.

Had the Greek chicken leg and it was fantastic. Felt very clean. Not a huge portion but worth it. The side of olives was nice but too salty to split between 2 people

Excellent! Best porkchop and Brussels I've had at a restaurant. Trout didn't have a ton of flavor, but the panko crust was good.

Ive been eating here for years and years, it’s always been a slam dunk for me. Sadly that last two times Ive been it’s been very unimpressive. Bummed!

I have been to Enoteca three times within the past couple of months, and the service is severely underwhelming and unwelcoming. The first two times I dined here, both of the waitresses hardly checked on me to see how my food and drinks were, and overall extremely unattentive. Not only that, but it's crazy there are only two options for chardonnay, even though this is considered a wine bar.

Enoteca in Sun Valley is a fantastic spot for a night out. The food is top-notch, with a well-crafted menu that pairs perfectly with their excellent wine selection. The atmosphere is warm and inviting—sophisticated without feeling stuffy. Service was attentive and friendly, adding to the overall great experience. Whether you're in the mood for a full dinner or just a glass of wine and small plates, Enoteca delivers on all fronts. Highly recommended.

Excellent meal. Cozy atmosphere. I've been here 4 or 5 times and it's always great. Plus local beer selection made in Ketchum.

This was a very busy place and we were fortunate to get a table shortly after arriving. The food is very unique but it was very good. Their beer list and bottle options was a little confusing. They made it sound like the bottled beer was different from most bottles but it was not. The Payette stout from Boise was fantastic.

A very cozy and calm place with a warm atmosphere. The service is top notch—the staff is very attentive to your every need. We had the Lamb Chops, Nonna’s Mac and Cheese, and also the daily Halibut special. We followed up with their affogato as a dessert (which is a must-have, by the way). The food was all delicious and cooked to perfection. I believe anyone that may be visiting Sun Valley needs to treat themselves to Enoteca. You know the spot is good when you have local regulars coming through.
