During my visit to Ketchum in August 2023, my family and I decided to stop by Leroy's for some ice cream after our dinner. We all ordered ice cream cones, but unfortunately, my ice cream was quite melted. When I asked the employee (who carried herself like the owner) about it, I received a rather unhelpful response along the lines of, "That's just how ice cream is." It was disappointing to encounter such a lack of customer service from an otherwise enjoyable vacation spot.

Went here twice, to be blunt it’s overpriced and not good. First time ordered two scoop sundae, scoops are really small for $6 and didn’t really taste like the flavors ordered. Second night I ordered a coffee milkshake for $10 (additional 50 cents charged for using credit card) and the person who made it put barely any ice cream and lots of milk which they whipped with like a hand mixer.. bottom line tasted like whipped milk, no flavor at all. Strongly suggest go elsewhere, it’s overpriced and flavorless. How is this place in business.

Came here with my teenage sons, and let me tell you, if you are a teenager looking to be in the vicinity of other teenagers around 8/9 PM, this is the place to be. We come to Sun Valley every year, and I'm pretty sure that next year, the boys are gonna want to get some ice cream on their own next time. ?
