Absolutely beautiful building and architecture. Very friendly atmosphere. The cashier was very patient with me when I kept changing and adding onto my order. Thank you! 😊
Great store. Almost like rustic cabin.
I watched the young man make my drink wrong but the location was so cool that I didn't even care.

Starbucks Coffee Company in Ketchum is noted as a visually stunning and amazing landmark, with an architecture that represents the region's trees using enormous pine trunks. It is described as a beautiful third place to meet friends, get work done, and even a room for meetings. The atmosphere is generally laid back, reflecting Ketchum's relaxed pace, though it can sometimes feel a little slower. A recurring issue mentioned is that mobile order drinks are kept behind the counter and are not always announced, so customers need to ask a barista for them.
The management and staff are consistently praised as super friendly, going out of their way to ensure a pleasant experience. The drinks and food are great, with a specific highlight on the locally sourced croissants that are much better than standard. The location also serves wine in the afternoon, is open early, and is a historical place. It is considered a fun and kid-friendly place, located next to a park.
However, some reviewers note an atmosphere concern regarding dogs. There have been instances of customers with untrained dogs off leash, causing a nuisance by jumping, barking, and whining, which disrupts others trying to relax. A wish is expressed for the reinforcement of the dog policy.
