Buy the $30 walking lift ticket. Take the gondola and then the Christmas lift up without skis. Bring a backpack with some goodies. Grab a taco at the lodge and enjoy the view without skiing. Thank me later.
Would be nice if they turned the heaters on over the outdoor tables since it isn't safe to be inside with covid. That and turn down the soft jazz that's playing every single day ?

This is literally my favorite lodge out of any ski resort that I've been to! There's always tons of open seating (even during lunch hour), and the food is SO GOOD!!! I highly recommend the taco salad, tacos, churros, and BBQ pork mac and cheese. I haven't had anything I didn't love. They let you customize all of your toppings and they load it on there! It's also located at the top of the mountain with great at views and easy access to just about any run. Can't say enough good...read full review
