The SV Roundhouse is a very special and classic on mountain experience. The food is good, staff is friendly and well trained. The scenery is outstanding. It's an essential visit while skiing one of the world's best winter resorts!

We usually like going to Roundhouse for drinks and appetizers in the bar. It's a fun place to visit and it has beautiful views. We didn't order anything fancy just burgers and the Croque Monsieur (sp?). Which is their prosciutto sandwich. The burgers were $30 and the sandwich was $32. They were good, nothing extraordinary. The french fries were delicious. It's expensive for what you get. I met people for lunch who had been skiing, so I had to pay $32 to ride the...

Just lovely service all around. My second year here. I felt special for my birthday and they were able to accommodate my seating request. The food outstanding. I'm still dreaming about that lobster roll and truffle fries after some hot laps on the mountain.
