After having traveled a few times to Peru over the past 15 years, I’m happy that this restaurant is authentic and we very much enjoyed the background music as well as our ceviche appetizer with trout and salmon. Be aware that portions are big and you may want to share. The restaurant would also have a much better atmosphere with a fresh coat of paint and new carpeting.

Amazing authentic Peruvian food in Sun Valley, ID! The leche de tigre is must have. The Chaufa with trout was a nice change from the typical protein found in fried rice. The chicha morada was delicious.

Fantastic food and very good service during our experience! The waitress was extremely helpful with dishes and explaining items and recommendations. Have been here multiple times now and it's always a good experience. Good portions and fairly good value. Peruvian food can best be described as Hispanic comfort food. It is truly a unique type of cuisine, but a very good one. Everything incorporates potatoes and the Peruvian yellow pepper which according to our waitress is included in at least 90% of dishes giving them their distinct yellow coloration. Serva does a great job of introducing and hooking you on Peruvian cuisine. We will definitely be back as often as possible!
