Attended a wedding catered by Salted Sprig this weekend and was impressed by the quality and taste of the dishes provided. This included not just the dinner, but also the appetizers served during the cocktail hour. Not sure how to describe their fried cheese crisps, drizzled with honey and pistachio, but I would have kept eating them had I not been restrained by the fact dinner was starting in 30 minutes! Can't wait to have the opportunity to graze on their delicious offerings...
The Haven staff was great for the 200+ wedding. The staff was all attentive! The food was so good and very unique! If you’re looking for a food truck that also offers full service catering this is your caterer!

I have only eaten here once, but it blew my mind. Cute little caterer/cafe with outdoor seating and a view of Bald Mountain. I had the special which was a flatbread sandwich with seared sirloin, wild mushrooms, Gruyere, arugula, and a balsamic reduction. The food is really high quality, cooked by someone who knows and loves their craft.
