“Excellent in ambience, with fresh ingredients including their produce and homemade pasta. We cannot sing the praises of the Covey enough. We booked dinner reservations during the busy Trailing of the Sheep Festival weekend. While this modern elegance meets cozy farmhouse fine dining restaurant would have been an ultimate experience for a date night, our expectations were FAR exceeded with our family of four (including two younger children). We enjoyed the mafaldine, lamb cassarecce, and butterleaf dishes. They accommodated a delightful simple pasta for our youngest one, and encouraged them to create artwork while we waited for our meal. Their artwork was proudly framed and tastefully displayed on the wall by the bar. The evening ended with a delightful sweet surprise by the chef/owner and his dog. We will be back, with our family, friends, and for a date night!“

“Wow, wow, wow! This food was outstanding. Best food that we have had so far since being in Sun Valley. We had the KFC, green beans, wontons and the ribs. Everything was made to perfection. The service was on point. The wait was worth the quality. This place lives up to the hype illustrated by other reviews. Will certainly return next time we are in Ketchum.“

“Authentic Salvadoran food. Better pupusas than the ones I've had in Los Angeles. Friendly service. I think that we were the only people there who didn't speak Spanish.

(The interior of the railroad car, as some others have noted, is kind of smoky. There is a nice outdoor space with tables, though, for summer.)“

“My husband and I have spent the last few months traveling around the country. His favorite food is burgers, and he’s had at least one burger in all 20 states we’ve stayed in. He’s a purist and likes his burgers with just cheese and a few simple ingredients, but if we’re at a restaurant that offers something new he’ll try it. Here at Sawtooth he had the public house burger with ghost pepper cheese, and for the first time ever he asked me to write a Google review on his behalf to let everyone know that this burger was his favorite of all burgers in the country. That’s right, his FAVORITE BURGER IN THE ENTIRE COUNTRY! We were there almost two weeks ago and at least 5 times since then he’s asked me if we can drive the 10 hours back to Ketchum just to get this burger.

I had the baja fish taco and the crispy ginger fried chicken sliders, and they were delicious! Small portions. I had no trouble finishing everything.“

“Celebrated my birthday there and could not have enjoyed the entire experience more!! The hotel is beautiful with amazing views in a prime central location. The staff is incredibly helpful and kind. I really loved the music on the patio. This is a dog friendly hotel, so we were able to have our 4 legged kids join us for our celebration. We had a place to store our bikes safely and enjoyed the proximity to bike trails. Our stay was very pleasant and we are excited to return soon. Thank you Limelight!!!😍“
