“Excellent in ambience, with fresh ingredients including their produce and homemade pasta. We cannot sing the praises of the Covey enough. We booked dinner reservations during the busy Trailing of the Sheep Festival weekend. While this modern elegance meets cozy farmhouse fine dining restaurant would have been an ultimate experience for a date night, our expectations were FAR exceeded with our family of four (including two younger children). We enjoyed the mafaldine, lamb cassarecce, and butterleaf dishes. They accommodated a delightful simple pasta for our youngest one, and encouraged them to create artwork while we waited for our meal. Their artwork was proudly framed and tastefully displayed on the wall by the bar. The evening ended with a delightful sweet surprise by the chef/owner and his dog. We will be back, with our family, friends, and for a date night!“

“This is one of the most delicious Asian restaurants I’ve ever been to. I went with two of my foodie friends, and we all were very pleased. My favorite dishes were the samui squid (basically deep-fried breaded calamari with a delicious sauce), Vietnamese caramel pork ribs, followed closely by the Thai shrimp and watermelon salad. Everything else sounded delicious too, but I can only eat gluten-free foods so my options were plentiful, but somewhat limited. Be prepared for a wait as this place looks like it’s always crowded, but they do have outdoor seating in good weather.“

“Pretty great food. We showed up with a pretty big group and they were able to get us our food pretty quick considering our numbers. I wasn't super hungry so I got a smaller item, for a small Taco it was pretty big. The service was great are waiter was super friendly.“

Not much seating inside; so we got our wraps to go and went back to our hotel patio across the street. Can order half a wrap but can only customize full size. The wraps we tried were good. “Celebrated my birthday there and could not have enjoyed the entire experience more!! The hotel is beautiful with amazing views in a prime central location. The staff is incredibly helpful and kind. I really loved the music on the patio. This is a dog friendly hotel, so we were able to have our 4 legged kids join us for our celebration. We had a place to store our bikes safely and enjoyed the proximity to bike trails. Our stay was very pleasant and we are excited to return soon. Thank you Limelight!!!😍“

“*Since the remodel you can't even tell there was such a massive fire, still the classed up joint it always has been and I like where they put the bar compared to where it was, the food is remarkably good in the cafeteria too and there's no better spot on the mountain to people watch out on the patio.“
