Don’t feel confident giving your credit card information to this staff. They took my information one day and then requested it again the next day. I cancelled my reservations after that, but still concerned they attached my credit card information to another customer.
the first course tomato was delicious. the second course was terrible. i asked for medium lamb rack. what i got was raw lamb with a burnt outside--disgusting--raw and burnt at the same time. the accompian veg was very under and almost a crudo. raw potatoes?

Vintage is a renowned restaurant, praised for its exceptional service and delectable cuisine. The atmosphere is exclusive and pleasant, creating an ideal setting for a special evening. The menu features a variety of delightful options, including oysters, shrimp bisque, cream of asparagus with blue crab, trout, sole, and risotto. The wine list is also highly regarded. Chef Rod's skillful blending of spices and seasonings elevates the food to an exceptional level, making the flan a must-try dessert. Due to the limited number of tables, reservations are recommended. Parking is available on the street with unlimited time after 6 pm.
The restaurant has garnered a loyal following, with customers returning year after year for their anniversary celebrations. Vintage is a local favorite, known for its diverse menu and special events, such as Lobsterfest and Trailing of the Sheep. The lunch offerings are also praised, with the corn and morel soup, pasta special with clams, and salad special with delicious shrimp receiving high acclaim. Vintage is a must-visit destination for those seeking a fantastic dining experience in the Ketchum area.
