Appetizers
Nacho Macho
Tortilla chips topped with beans, ground beef, chorizo, and melted cheese. Covered with lettuce and pico de gallo. Garnished with sour cream and guacamole.
Chorizo Queso
Grilled chorizos mixed with refried beans, pico de gallo, and jack cheese.
Coctel De Camarones
Fiesta Platter
A variety of Mexican appetizers, nachos, quesadillas, buffalo chicken wings, flautas, and taquito bites. Served with sour cream. Suggested for 2-4 people.
Ceviche De Camaron
Raw shrimp marinated in lime juice, onions, tomatoes, serrano peppers, cilantro, and cucumbers. Garnished with avocado slices and served with tostadas.
Taquito Bites
Five shredded beef taquitos served with pico de gallo and sour cream sauce.
Coconut Prawns
Shrimp fried golden in coconut. Served with lime and spicy orange sauce.
Calamari
Breaded and deep-fried calamari. Served with lettuce, pico de gallo, and cocktail sauce.
Ostiones en Su Concha (Half Dozen)
Oysters in the shell.
Aguachiles
Raw shrimp along with cucumbers and red onions marinated in a blend of serrano pepper, lime juice, and spices. Served with tostadas.

Pieces of steak slowly simmered with its natural juices along with charro beans, bacon, onions, and cilantro.

Hominy and pork cooked with red or green chiles also available in chicken.

Vegetable soup.
Albondigas De Puerco
Mexican style pork meatballs made with mint leaves, onions, rice, and spices simmered in a gently seasoned broth with carrots and zucchini. Served with onions, cilantro, and chile chipotle.
Caldo De Res
Beef stew served with tortillas.
Caldo De Pollo
Chicken soup served with tortillas.

Vuelve a la vida shrimp, fish, and octopus.

Ensaladas
Stuffed Avocado Salad
A perfectly ripe avocado filled with our blend of shrimp and crab salad. Topped with monterey jack cheese. Served on a bed of lettuce and pico de gallo with cocktail sauce.
Taco Salad
A crisp flour tortilla shell filled with your choice of shredded beef, ground beef, or chicken, beans, tossed greens, pico de gallo, cheese, and sour cream sauce.
Fajita Tostada
Fajita seasoned chicken or steak on a bed of refried beans or frijoles de la olla and fresh lettuce in a crisp flour tortilla shell topped with grilled bell peppers, onions, pico de gallo, jack and cheddar cheese, and tortilla strips. Served with a side of ranch dressing.
Tostada (Crisp Corn Tortilla)
This salad is topped with beans and your choice of shredded beef, ground beef, or chicken covered with lettuce, pico de gallo, jack and cheddar cheese, salsa de tomatillo, sour cream sauce, and grated cotija cheese.
Zope (A Thick Handmade Corn Tortilla)
This salad is topped with beans and your choice of shredded beef, ground beef, or chicken covered with lettuce, pico de gallo, jack and cheddar cheese, salsa de tomatillo, sour cream sauce, and grated cotija cheese.

Famous Tacos
Two 4" soft corn tortillas filled with one of the following meats, onions, cilantro, and salsa de tomatillo.
Quesadilla
A grilled flour tortilla wrapped around melted cheese. Garnished with lettuce, pico de gallo, and sour cream.
Torta
A sandwich made in a telera French roll filled with your choice of any taco meat, lettuce, pico de gallo, sour cream sauce, salsa de tomatillo, avocado slices, and cotija cheese.

We went on a Tuesday and their taco Tuesday buffet is amazing and crazy reasonable in price ($15 all you can eat). Plus, they had cochinita pibil which I haven’t seen on a menu in this state that I can recall. However, the true reason for writing this review is the service. Ron, our waiter, was one of the most phenomenal, memorable, attentive servers we’ve ever had. Wow... what a spread! If you're looking to try Enriques or you're a regular you need to come and try this delicious buffet of amazing Mexican food! From desserts to the main course this is a must try if you're in Kuna. The drinks are out of this world. The staff is so attentive it feels like you're at grandma's house. Definitely a return visit for me. I hear they have buy one get one tequila shots! See you at Enriques every Friday from 11am to 2pm. Cheers....
