Fiesta Guadalajara Reviews
As always outstanding food and service! From the greeting at the door to the boxing of scrumptious leftovers it’s always top notch !! Thank you for serving our Kuna community 😊
What a great place!!!!!!! The serving team was off the hook so, so nice. Our best server (manager), NEF, is such a great human. Go see him and tell him George and Trish said HI. Tamale, Relleno, Enchiladas....my fav.
Every time we try to give this place another try, they disappoint us. We stop here for cheap, fast Mexican food. Tables were dirty when we got there and the hostess had to clean our table in front of us. Table was still really wet. Person who took our drink order was not very nice. Fiesta Guadalajara is a well-known restaurant in the Treasure Valley, appreciated for being open on special occasions like Christmas Eve. The restaurant offers a variety of dishes, including fajitas and burritos. While some visitors found the vegan and veggie options lacking in seasoning and variety, those who enjoyed meat and cheese dishes were satisfied. The service has improved over time, with friendly and hardworking staff. NEF, the manager, has been noted for being especially nice and attentive. However, some customers felt limited by substitution options, especially when catering to children's preferences. Despite past disappointments, recent visits have shown significant improvements in food quality and overall experience, making it a worthwhile spot for family gatherings. Customers have enjoyed fast service and good food at affordable prices, with kids especially loving the queso, chips, salsa, and beans. Some recent reviews mentioned that the food can be good, with favorites like enchiladas, tamales, and the traditional burrito pork with sauce. A few found the salsa stale and the cheese enchiladas lacking melted cheese. Overall, Fiesta Guadalajara remains a popular choice for casual Mexican dining in the area, with a reputation for authentic flavors and a welcoming atmosphere. The effort and hospitality of the staff make it a memorable dining experience.
