“We used Pablo's Taco's for my birthday and they were on point!! Everyone loved the food! I personally ordered the carne asada fries. They were delicious and could feed probably 2-3 people easily! I also tried my friend's rolled potato taco just to try something I've never seen on a taco truck menu, and it was also great!“

“We order the nasty nachos with chorizo and pinto beans, as well as the taco meal with a fish taco and a shrimp taco with black beans and rice. The food was phenomenal. And the owners are so kind when they greet you very friendly and everything smells so good from far away as you were approaching. We got our food quickly and we were so full. “We do Salsa Sunday at Mother Earth on Sunday, picking up tacos on the way there. First time trying this taco truck. Great tacos, comes with onions, grilled onions, cilantro and plenty of meat. Pictured are carnitas and chicken. Very good tacos, two would have been enough. The red sauce is good and spicy. Also nice was no line, unlike the other truck at 11th Ave and 4th St N. I can't wait to try some other meals.“

“This is "The Place" for mexican food... so good. We moved to this area about 4 years ago from Arizona and have been searching the whole valley for good mexican food and we finally found it! This is our new number one place to go. The food is fabulous! We ate inside the restaurant. The Chili Verde is about the best I've ever had. My husband says the Chile Colorado is the best he's ever had. Can't wait to try everything else on the menu.For us, no need to go anywhere else. We found our spot?? ??“

“Unbelievable, crazy-delicious FRUIT at this place! WOW! Fresh flavors! Our family includes 2 teen boys and they LOVE Walking Sombero Taco food too! Its not like anything else around and that makes it SUPER sweet! Talk about a phenomenally appentising and healthy treat! You could make a fruit cup at home but it really won't have the same pazzaz. It would also be more difficult and at a higher cost and certainly you could not attain the amazing zingy tastes this place sprinkles on top of your fruit. So good its better than a shake--not kidding! Our family has found a new way to enjoy a fun (and healthy) outing together at Walking Sombero Tacos. I really wish we had known about them earlier!“

“We searched all over today for anything that wasn’t a taco truck and came across Silver City BBQ. And my friend and I both agree this is now our go to BBQ spot. The Snake bites…AMAZING!! Brisket..melt in your mouth delicious, literally each bites is so smooth and comes apart with ease. The smoked Mac and cheese is so delicious…as are the baked beans and potato salad. And the peach cobbler is heavenly. Please please don’t change anything!! Highly recommend everyone give this place a try!“

“Have you ever felt like you were lied to your whole life and your parents fed you crap like Taco Bell... Well this place has the most delicious tacos and enchiladas me and my wife have ever had. I can get real protein/meat and fill up for less than 10 bucks, rather than spending 15 at Taco Bell and still be hungry. Better than Matador hands down. Great portion sizes, yummy deliciousness all at this tiny food truck that delivers the best Taco and enchilada we have ever tasted! 100 stars, 100 thumbs up hands down the best.“
