I’m sorry to the owner and the rest of the staff about being angry with them several months ago. I’m just insecure and hate myself and my looks and I just wished beautiful woman flirted with me like they did with a guy I worked with several years ago named Matt Plunlett. He always got the hot girl and despised and hated him for it and wished girls found me hot like that cause it would raise my self esteem and give me confidence. I don’t mean to be weird and I’m under psychiatric care but it doesn’t help. I know the owner hates me but I don’t want her too cause I’m not a bad dude, just low self esteem. I always order an iced coffee… no cream or sugar… thanks and sorry

very questionable of sanitation and cleanliness. We had to wait so I obviously couldn't help but see the multiple dirty milk tins for steaming clearly dirty and not cleaned between customer (healthy hazard much?) And they proceeded to use the dirty tin to steam our chocolate milk which was NOT HOT which in the long run was a good things as one of the lids was not placed fully and covered my mom on hot chocolate when she went to drink in. The employees did not seem to care even though these events can lead to bad outcomes.

Need to move your removable stand up sign. There is a Elementary school right across the street from you. People can't see the road to pull out with your poor sign placement. I've called and explained how dangerous this is, but no one took it seriously. The day I called I was nearly t-boned. Not only can the people exiting the parking lot not see, but the people on the road, their vision is obscured as well. Please do the right thing and find better placement for your sign before someone gets hurt.
I've decided never to come there again. The last few visits have been beyond awful. I went thru there Monday I think and I wanted my travel mug filled with my usual iced coffee no cream or sugar and I had to tell the person on the intercom 3 times what I wanted, as if I was speaking Swahili. Only one girl (who calls me love) is nice to me and everyone else have been mean and I know why too. Goodbye, you lost a customer but am sure you won't care. If I get a response then I'll know you'll care

Honestly - the workers are nice. But the last two times they’ve messed up my order & this morning was kind of the last straw for me. I waited 15 min in the drive thru just for them to completely biff it. I probably won’t be returning. Frustrated and did not start my morning on a good note like coffee & breakfast is suppose to. I don’t appreciate paying extra for sides that I don’t even get.
