Placed an order and pre paid at 4 o’clock to be ready at 5:15. Arrived at 5:15 and when I went inside to pick it up I was told it wasn’t ready and would be another 15-20 minutes until it would be ready. Pizza wasn’t ready until 5:46…almost had it.

Next time I’ll just go ahead and order pizza delivery.

Food is great but if you call in add another 20min to the est pick up time every time iv called in iv had to wait 20-30 for them to finish the food

This Papa Murphy’s is the worst. The pizzas are never made correctly and they always take over 30 minutes to be made. They messed up a sausage and pepperoni pizza the most basic pizza to make and then when I asked for it to be remade they made me stand in line and wait 20 plus minutes for a two topping medium pizza to be made. When I said that I shouldn’t be waiting for a pizza that they messed up that it should be made right away the manager got defensive and told me to get out of the store trying to make me the problem when really it was their terrible customer service. I could have drove to the Meridian Papa Murphy’s gotten much better customer service/quality pizza and made my pizzas at home before the Kuna one got an order correctly made. Rude manager, rude young employees that she doesn’t properly train, and terrible quality food. Never going back.

Had a job orientation about 5 weeks ago, and they still haven’t called me back after getting hired. I scheduled this with the manager and the employees had no idea where she was during the time she scheduled me for. I had customers telling me I should be the manager after apologizing for their pizzas not being prepared after 30 minutes after pick up time. I’ve been offered 2 jobs since then and I would take either one over this job. The managers are absent and pizza is never made on time. I won’t eat or work here :)

Ordered online at 12:47 for a 3:30 pickup. Got there and they hadn't even started my order. Waited about 15 mins for them to find it and make it. The person who seemed to be the lead bragged that she had 10 workers in for today, but was 2 hours behind schedule. Once I got my order it looked sloppy and not what I ordered. I asked for original crust and it seems to be a thin crust and I asked for extra cheese...didn't happen. Only home every few weeks and am very disappointed.

Ordered online to be picked up by a certain time. Both times had to wait 20 minutes before we got the pizza. They didn't give us our monkey bread.

This location is very busy but I always get my pizza quickly! They are always friendly and very eager to help with any questions. When you order by phone or online the pizza is almost always ready as you walk through the door. I will continue to get my pizza fix here!

Manager on Nov 9th, was so disorganized, reprinting orders, bumping walk ins in front of the line, tickets and orders everywhere. Other workers were drowning from no organizing. What a mess, got our pizzas after 2 hours and 7 mins.
