Every time I go here it’s a hit or miss. It’s my main pregnancy craving so that’s why I keep going but I just wanna say it should not take 30 mins to make 2 foot longs. When I walked in there was a couple checking out and 1 dude in frount of us who also got one sandwich. Normally I wouldn’t mind cause I understand the food work environment. But they had 3 people up there and only one really making sandwiches until a few another customer walked in. But still subway should have someone at meets and someone at veggies not both working on Sandwich while a toasted sandwich sits there to get cold.

Subway in kuna always understaffed I go about 2 times a week an I never see manager just high school kids under trained can’t keep up with online an rush at same time very slow an unorganized I waited 30 min for my sandwich come to find out when I get home it’s the wrong sandwich I go back they refused to give me a refund for there own mistake an only gave me cookies they told me for the solution to watch what bag my sandwich goes in that’s not my job that’s there’s will never go back to that location agaim

I would bet my whole paycheck that the customer service in hell is better than what you get here the manager Brad will belittle you if they mess up your sandwich will never eat here again at least they got sandwiches in Albertsons and they are nice in there

Walked out after waiting 15min because the guy who was about to make my sandwich didn't change his gloves after handling the prior customers coupons and cash transaction. I am usually not worried about germs but for some reason this set me off and I walked out.

Food is good. Constantly understaffed (1 person total) Workers who do show up, work hard, but it's too hard for 1 person to keep up with. Can't process online and in person orders at the same time. Management has issues here. Been happening for months like this. Management needs to be coming in if workers are not showing up. If this was a rare occurrence I would understand. It's not.

Had my daughter go and get some sandwiches from our local Subway in kuna and wanted to order the oven roasted Turkey and a BLT and also wanted to use the coupon that they sent us in the mail. And you made my daughter cry the way she was treated by the manager.Apparently they no longer have either sandwiches which both are listed and wouldn’t except the coupon. The manager was a complete jerk to her he made the sandwiches as a special order and with attitude! The people waiting behind left once they seen how my daughter was treated. The two young men working were on her side also as clearly it’s on the menu and listed as a local favorite. I did go and return the sandwiches and the manager had already left. The two young men acted like professionals and agreed the manager was out of line. Needless to say Jersey Mike was our next move and they will be our permanent place.

For the second time this location informed me that they had no bread at a sandwich shop!! The girl seemed completely unconcerned that they had no food basically to serve!! And we visited at 3 in the afternoon!!

It takes 2 seconds to say, "welcome to Subway, I'm going to finish up with these orders and I'll be right with you." But no, the young man behind the counter didn't even acknowledge us for several minutes, so we bounced and went next door for Mexican.

It is below understaffed at almost any given time of day. Today it was 1 person to handle the lunch rush as well as online orders which made for 1 hour ordeal which normally should be 20-25 minutes this is including the drive to and from. The line was out the door and he said he had atleast 2 hours before help showed up. This has been an on going issue with the kuna store and is harassment to the employee who has to work in such an environment. Management isn't doing their job and is causing the store to loose thousands of dollars a week. As people don't have hours to wait for their lunch.

RAZOR BLADE IN SANDWICH! Kuna residents beware! My daughter and her boyfriend just grabbed lunch at this location today 2/18/24. They brought their sandwiches home to my house to eat. Once they opened up their sandwiches there was a RAZOR BLADE in one of the sandwiches!!! I called and asked to speak with the manager who was not present. The manager of this location called me back and he did not seem concerned of the seriousness of this situation. He offered to talk with his employees so that this "does not happen again" I cannot even imagine if this RAZOR BLADE would have been ingested. This could have been an emergency room visit or even worse. I have reached out to Subway Cooperate as well. NO RESPONSE FROM THEM. DO NOT EAT HERE! THE MANAGER OF THIS LOCATION DOES NOT TAKE SITUTAIONS LIKE THIS SERIOUSLY. Makes me wonder if there is proper training in place. Sanitation? I can't even give this 1 star. Will never be purchasing food here ever again. I hope the manager is held responsible for this.

Ordered for the fam on their app., and they got all the topping wrong. Called in to have the order fixed, they refused to fix the order and resend it. Who eats an Italian with customers mayo and mustard?!?!

I've ordered from Subways in multiple states for the past 15 years. This is the only subway that has ever messed up my order, and they always make mistakes on either my husband or I's order every single time that we mobile order (5 times in the past 2 months). I have dietary restrictions, so it's frustrating driving all the way home just to have something you can't eat because they messed it up so badly.Besides that, they do not greet customers and only talk to you after you talk to them.

This location only puts two slices of bacon on the BLT, which is not standard for all Subways. It must be due to the franchise owner's greed. Standard is 8 slices, no BLT should be mostly bred with the tiniest hint of bacon, a topping of bacon is two slices so why would the main protein on a BLT be just two?? Go to a different Subway location, I just went to the one in Eagle a few weeks ago and they do the standard 8 slices.
