My fiancée and I *finally* had the opportunity to have breakfast today and we were both quite pleased with everything from being greeted kindly, to enjoying everything we ordered. I have to give props to the gravy and biscuits, they were super yummy! My boy had the flat iron steak and said it was great! The portions were huge, I’m happy to have leftovers for later! We will definitely return as often as we can! Shelly Lamb Trinity, TX 💝

I will never go back to this place! The creature of this concept, and brand, is no longer involved. The gentleman that started it, focused on great service, great food, and actually knows how to run a restaurant… not to mention, he can actually spell, and use proper grammar… I wish em well

The best buscuit and gravy and sausage patty. Large buscuits, wonderful brown gravy. Must try more food next time!

I’ve been going to The Pork Belly once a week (at least) for a couple of years now.

The food is always great (although I’d personally prefer fresh cut potatoes instead of the diced Holiday Inn version they use), and the service is usually pretty good. But, when they’re busy, it can be hit or miss. I’ve had to wait on my bill for over 15 minutes, so not optimal. But, they can only do so much when they’re busy, so it’s understandable.

There’s a drive-thru option, which is convenient but they don’t always check to see if someone is there. Sat there for over ten minutes before someone came to the window one time. The wait only happens maybe 1 out of 10 visits though. Most of the time they’re on it.

The Caveman hash with Mike’s pork belly is delicious and they have a very diverse menu that caters to most.

Highly recommend to anyone if they’re in this part of town! There may be some small service issues they need to work on but the food more than makes up for it.

Great place to eat!

Pork Belly is always awesome, they have some of the best stuffed French toast, I wish they had a caramel banana one though! Hashbrowns are always crispy, gravy is amazing, and the service is great.

While some of the food was tasty, elements of preparation were lacking, and the service was not great.

When we visited, we were seated and then ignored for some time, while guests seated well after us ordered and received their food before we even received a menu (which we had to ask for). Finally, our drink orders were taken, and then we were informed after some more time that they had no decaf coffee. This despite a sizeable claim on the menus that they do specialty coffee drinks. After they finally took our food order, we were informed that they were out of cinnamon rolls and we had to reorder.

When our order finally arrived, there were other problems as well. One order of eggs came out over easy (runny on top) despite the fact that they were ordered over medium. Sourdough toast was pretty marginal (maybe flat grill toasted?), and the biscuits and gravy were very salty.
On the positive side, the bacon was very good, and the hashbrowns were pretty good. The creme cheese topping on the waffle was the star of the meal and really tasty, though the waffle seemed dry and overcooked.

The decorations and ambiance of the restaurant lack a little bit. The place seems to have been a farm parts shop or mechanics shop and still had that vibe, but not in an attractive way. The custom tables were a nice touch, but most other elements were pretty basic.

The final straw for us was that we presented a Sweet Deals coupon that we had purchased, and it was declined. Sweet Deals coupons are a form of advertising to get a customer in the door. It worked, but the owner decided to reject the coupon because it expired 2 days before. We were out $25.00 for a $50.00 coupon. ALL other locations that we have visited with these coupons have honored them regardless. At the very least, the owner could have given us the $25.00 that we paid toward our meals, and we would have felt better about the visit. Let me emphasize that this was not like a free paper coupon, but a voucher that we purchased as an advertising inventive. We not only paid for our meals, but another $25 for a worthless coupon. This sealed the experience as negative for us.

I hardly ever give negative reviews, but I can't recommend this restaurant at this time. We have sent an email complaint to the restaurant with no response. Overall, it was a pretty negative experience.

The food here was fantastic! I also like the pig decor that they do. I got the Micah chicken sandwich which has Buffalo sausage on it. My friend got the breakfast sando.

Absolutely incredible experience! The food was out of this world—every bite was packed with flavor and prepared to perfection. The atmosphere was warm, welcoming, and had that special charm that makes you feel right at home. And the staff? Unbelievable! Friendly, attentive, and genuinely passionate about making your visit unforgettable.

If you’re from anywhere outside this city, do yourself a favor and stop in. The prices are astonishingly reasonable, especially if you’re not from the great state of Idaho. This place is a true gem and worth every second of your time. I can’t recommend it highly enough!
