My date and I did not know that reservations where required, but even when not having any, the owner/director kindly accommodated us as if we did have reservations. Enjoyed 2 fantastic experiences at this wonderfully intimate fine dining establishment.
The first on Friday with a wonderful T- bone including crab and asparagus paired with an excellent cabernet, followed up with a fantastic Carrot Cake. It was so good, I immediately reserved time for Saturday. That night was the salmon with a maple glaze paired with a chardonnay from the Columbia Valley region. Magnificent.
