Jessica's service was top notch!! The chicken artichoke sandwich was incredible and the tenesse cheese curds were the best I have ever had. Quick, fresh food for a very reasonable famiky friendly price!

The food was nasty. ALL the bread was stale and nothing on the burgers. The chicken sandwich had 1 vary small piece of chicken.

The girls at the counter were super nice. I got the artichoke chicken sandwich which was good. My husband got a pretzel but when we got our food they were stale pretzel bites.

We came here in the past few years and have always had a good experience with a good value for the food. The food this time was very mediocre, and that’s being nice. We know the cost of food has skyrocketed since 2020, but this seems a little out of proportion. I noticed that there is a for sale sign on The Shack. Hopefully some new owners can figure it out, because it is a fun spot for sure.
We ordered Beef Nachos, Kids Meal Hot Dog, Chicken Quesadilla, Chicken Tacos, 2 orders of fries. The fries, IMO, were the best thing this time. Their menu states that the breakfast is served all day; I was gonna order the breakfast burrito, she said that they were held over from breakfast, to which I declined to have a near 12 hour old burrito.

Cute little restaurant but the food was not good. I ordered nachos and they didn’t even melt my cheese, nor did they give me very much cheese to begin with. I asked for more cheese and they did give it, but again, the cheese was not melted. Disappointed in their service.

We were walking by and wanted to stop to participate. We had an ice cream and as soon as we sat down someone that worked at or owned the shack asked us to take our trash to the can of the place we got our ice cream from. It made me feel unwelcome and just made me want to leave.

Restaurant in front were too busy and an hour of wait list so we decided to stop here. Price are good, big variety and it was tasty! Labor day weekend, so they were out of pita and quesadilla with beef, but we were able to choose something else due to big variety. You have to wait for long, but food is worth it. And service is good, girls are polite and friendly. Thank you and God bless you all!

Ordered the mushroom Swiss burger after the “eruption brewery and bistro” absolutely dropped the ball with their bison burger I had to send back and walk out of the restaurant. This burger from the shack cost much less, and was way bigger and definitely tastier. I would recommend the shack because it delivers high quality food at a fraction of the price and wait time of a sit down restaurant.
