Received our order, 12 piece meal. It was missing one side of French fries, and missing all of our biscuits! I called the store, the girl hung up on me, with no reply. So I really didn't get a meal deal, parts of my order were missing, and the bag was sealed. Really disappointed and to have to complain is embarrassing! Sincerely, Jack

Will never be back. Went through the drive-thru and ordered a pot pie and a small side of macaroni. They told us it would be a few min on the macaroni, no big deal. We ultimately waited 20 minutes for the food. I have no idea why we had to wait so long as the macaroni was flat out cold! It's like they forgot about my order and scrambled. I've never experienced such poor service in a drive-thru before.

My husband & I try to purchase chicken often….. many times we end up leaving as there is no dark meat available. It has happened the last 4 times we’ve come by. Can anyone explain why there is absolutely no dark meat. Thank you

Is the chicken a bit greasy? Of course, but it’s delicious.
The biscuits and the mashed potatoes and gravy are the same from when I was a kid. We got the $20 meal deal with a 6 piece chicken, 4 sides and 4 biscuits. You just can’t beat that value in 2024.
This $20 meal could have easily fed 3-4 people.

I always seem to get poor service and extremely long wait times. But to top it off they messed up the order too and are rude when I rerurn and want them to fix it. I don't understand how things can take 20 minutes on top of the 5 minutes they said it would be just to get home and have to drive back and deal with more terrible service and wait times.
