The food could be be good, but the service and the customer service comes from 16 year olds. Even the supervisors are only 17ish. They do not care about anything or any service, worst care period!!! I will not go back. Get rid of KFC and the ownership behind them in the valley. Go to Albertsons or Rosauers for better chicken and service. We should bring in Churches chicken or Popeyes!

The food is always good. Service is a 3 star as I stood at the counter for an extended period before someone acknowledge I was there. The place is pretty clean. But the missing door handles on the inside (bolts/screws still sticking out) added a bit if risk opening the door. Also noticed the glass had a lot of handprints as a result. But, I still enjoy the very hot, fresh, delicious food.

Friendly, helpful person at the counter. The biscuits, cole slaw, and mac-and-cheese are good, the chicken is great. Also, I like that the containers can be microwaved--very handy for leftovers.

I placed an order and I watched it online for delivery. It showed three different delivery drivers over a 90 minute period. So I called the delivery driver and she went in and checked on it and the order supposedly had not been received. So I had to re-order and this time I got a delivery time an hour away. Not real happy with their services and this is the fourth time in a row that they have screwed everything up and promised me a gift card which I have never received.

Sorry once again KFC strikes but for the last time. At least when it was at the old location the employees were competent even if the place was filthy. Ordered and paid for delivery. Got horrible quality food missing almost 1/2 of a $40 order. Called and they said come on down and will replace what you are missing. I said if I wanted to come on down I wouldn’t have paid for delivery. When I asked for a manager the oldest employee who was a 19yo said there was no manager there at the time. Oh well live and learn.

Very busy for a Wednesday night. The location ran out of white meat chicken by 5pm. Took a while to get back on track, but they did. They gave me a free bundt cake for my wait

The staff seem to be a group of incompetent teens. They cant get orders right and have no idea what they are doing. They caused a huge back up of cars in the drive through and angry patrons. Food was good but tossed all over in the box bisquit destroyed . Will not be back till better staff are hired on. Absolutely ridiculous

I ordered a chicken bundle through door dash, I also ordered some pie bites. Unfortunately they were out, the man who called me was very apologetic and offered to compensate by offering me a different side. Altogether 10/10 experience, he was very nice and helpful. Food was good as always

I went 9/10/25, not only were they out of a lot of sauces i was wanting. But also my fries were very stale and old. Same with the chicken nuggets, just not as bad. Since this one in lewiston has opened, it's been a bad experience every time!!
