Went through the Lewiston drive thru today and they forgot some of our order.... drove back, went inside and they handed the forgotten item right over the counter like they knew we would be back to get it, so after all of that our food was cold. They just said sorry! Used to be our favorite place but hardly go anymore due to slow and bad customer service and the food quality has really gone down too but prices raised!😢
I love this place so much! You guys always have fresh made hot food and great employees at your clarkston store! 🥰🥰🥰 Only complaint I have is there's no bottle size option to buy your amazing ranch lol Keep up the good work guys!

Taco Time is fast food purely for convenience. It is better than Taco Bell for sure. The food is high in processed ingredients but they are addicting and tasty. The crisp meat and soft wrap burritos are a favorite, with just enough cheese, and the salsa is delicious. The #4 chicken burrito and Mexie fries are also good. However, the quality of meat used in the tacos has gone downhill at some locations, and the service can be disappointing, with customers being ignored. Despite high prices, it is an occasional treat. The customer service can be exceptional; one staff member delivered exceptional customer service by handling multiple roles and being attentive. Another staff member at the drive-through was nice and attentive. Overall, the food is great and healthy, making it a favorite place to eat.
