Hostile staff, unwilling to help customers placing basic orders
Refused to serve one of our bball team without masks and with no warning. Girl instructing the players had her mask on improperly! It makes no sense as the rest of the fans were served?!?
No sense!
So, my husband and I had an ice cream cone a little more than a week ago and we were not happy with the dense ice milk substance that we were served with. This McDonald's has always given us the best service! I wrote a complaint and sent it to corporate and they asked if I wished to be contacted and I said yes.
