The girl that I talked to on the phone was so sweet and patient when verifying my on line order. My order was not the easiest but everything was still absolutely perfect! I will definately be eating here more often!

Subway is a mixed experience, with the Lewiston location offering fantastic food and service in a decent atmosphere, while the Moscow branch was tainted by a rude and unprofessional employee. The downtown branch's staff, however, were praised for their patience and kindness, especially towards children. The only downside was inconsistency in sandwich-making, with one employee making perfect sandwiches and the other being sloppy.
The food at Subway is consistently good, with a typical Subway taste. Pickup orders are always ready right away, though sometimes the drink options on the app may not be available in-person. Customers often take advantage of coupons, making the prices great.
The staff at the 8th Street Subway were particularly impressive, with Demi making delicious sandwiches like "The Boss" and "The HotShot," and her co-workers being described as cheerful and funny. Customers have also enjoyed the Chicken Bacon Ranch toasted sandwich and the Spicy Italiano, especially with the buy one, get one deal available through the app.
Overall, Subway provides a decent dining experience, with some room for improvement in terms of service and consistency, but the food quality and value make it a reliable choice for many customers.
