“I ate lunch at this Arby's location last weekend and was impressed despite a long wait for my food. I ordered the Buffalo Chicken Sandwich meal through the drive through and it took an longer amount of time than normal to get my meal. The food was amazing though, so maybe it was worth the wait!“

“I liked the food at this Wendy's and the staff was very nice but I definitely think they need to do something about flies. I hate flies. I know that is a hard thing to work on though. Other than that, this Wendy's is very nice and it seems like all the workers here are like family.“

“Last night it was after closing hours we drove past Burger King few blocks away. Their outside street sign was off so we drove on up to your restaurant just a few blocks away. The drive thru was open as they just locked the front doors and we placed our order and sat in our car out front as we awaited one sandwhich they would bring us.
Meanwhile this elder couple pulled in and they walked up to the door and I said the inside is closed but drive thru is still open so the couple walked over and said..thats the whole problem..we stopped at Burger King and we were told we couldn't go thru their drive thru with their van as it had the luggage carrier ontop and wouldn't make clearance so they backed out and headed over to MCDONALD'S because Burger King employees were rude to them wouldn't even take an order for them outside the front. So when they finished their story the male employee came outside and handed me my sandwhich. I told him what was going on and that it would be super nice if they could assist them in placing an order. So the male employee said he'd talk to his manager. Manager stepped outside the locked doors and assisted them and they got an order placed. ??????
My point in all this is making service and sales verses loosing customers over poor managed service. THANK YOU all for going the extra step above and beyond!!!!

“So, my husband and I had an ice cream cone a little more than a week ago and we were not happy with the dense ice milk substance that we were served with. This McDonald's has always given us the best service! I wrote a complaint and sent it to corporate and they asked if I wished to be contacted and I said yes. Once again, we were shopping in Lewiston this weekend and stopped for another cone. THEY'RE BAAAACK! It was delicious! Smooth, creamy, tasty and we were very happy! Today I received a call from Lindsey and she apologized for the malfunctioning of their ice cream machine and is sending us a gift card! Yay! GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE! Thank you, Lindsey for taking the time to call and explain and for your professionalism!“

“Pizza Hut addicts for over 30yrs. Had Papa John's 1st time ever yesterday. Flavor was amazing. Had to have a slice before we left town. Had another slice when we got home(Winchester). Today was the true test. Leftover pizza. Still was very surprised at the taste and it wasn't soggy nor the consistancy of cardboard and still tasted great. Love the parmesan on the top! Sam, very friendly and personable. We will now become Papa John's addicts.“

“I love this Burger King. It started when I drove in the parking lot and it was clean and nicely landscaped. At the drive thru, the woman was very polite, nice and efficient. And the Whopper was perfect! Fresh, tasty, with a nice bun that held up to the ingredients. “I got food from this location from Uber Eats, so I cant comment on the employees or the actual interior but the food was really good, made quickly and at a good price. I got the late-night munchie meal with the Ultimate Cheeseburger, 2 tacos, halfsie fries and a drink for $20, including the tip and delivery. Not bad at all.“

“We were there January 10th, 2024 and there was a young girl with long braids working. She was amazing. The store was spotless and she was the only one there. She was doing online orders and working the counter. The food was fresh and really good. She was so nice and fast. A great employee from the customers standpoint. She's a keeper!!!

“I ordered subway tonight and was really impressed my go to is the chicken bacon ranch toasted it is so good I kind of took a break from subway because I got a couple not so good sandwiches but tonight it was awesome my mom got the spicy Italiano and loved it with the buy one get one code on the app it is about 7 bucks a sandwich which is a good deal these days our sandwiches were made right on time when we went to pick them up a good experience all together definitely recommend especially with the b1g1 deal“
