Food is ALWAYS hot and fresh, they're very fast, and very friendly. I have not had a single negative experience here.“

“Chris was tremendous, I believe he was the manager, if not he should be. He was so diligent in making sure my order was completed thouroughly. I have a severe nut allergy and he went as far as making my blizzard by hand when the mixer could not be guaranteed sanitary, he was all over making sure other staff was supported and their questions answered, helping them when needed. Would highly recommend giving him a raise.“

I believe his name is Corbin? He makes AWESOME cheese sticks, reminds me of pizza hut from long ago, and the little server Mia, she was so funny and kind and even let me dine in just to eat my free cheese sticks from rewards! Will come back, highly recommend - keep this up Pullman pizza hut“

“Kyle was getting totally slammed at a lunch rush. People were being rude and rushing him. But he just kept his head down and kept making these ungrateful people lunch. You’re the man Kyle. If they don’t want to wait they can go make it themselves.“

“Really good customer service experience. I think they hire some students so it can be rough when its a lunch rush with 30 students un line but the manager is great here, she will resolve any issues and try her best to bust out the orders asap! It is in the WSU student union building so getting here is a bit difficult“
