Between the two McDonald's in Pullman this is the worst one. Went through the drive thru last week and ordered breakfast. My boyfriend and I both got burnt hash browns and the food was somewhat warm. It felt like it had been sitting for a while. The burritos were dried up on the ends. We let it slide and didn't say anything. Today we went again during breakfast. The employees and managers at the Grand location are the best they treat you like friends and family
While all of the staff at this McDonalds location is phenomenal, there is a unique staff member who stands out from the rest! Her name is Z and she was superb! She was so sweet, kind, and helpful. Thank you for always being amazing and big s/o to this marvelous McDonalds staff❤
