While all of the staff at this McDonalds location is phenomenal, there is a unique staff member who stands out from the rest! Her name is Z and she was superb! She was so sweet, kind, and helpful. Thank you for always being amazing and big s/o to this marvelous McDonalds staff❤
It’s McDonald’s. Kinda the same everywhere. But annoyed that when I stopped in to get a drink and asked for no ice they told me no. And when I asked for easy ice they told me they were only gonna give me half the cup filled up with a drink. Finally just settled for regular ice and they filled it all the way to the top. Frustrating when I can go to the other McDonalds (3 others) around here and they’ll be amazing. Drink was good. But the staff was pretty rude.
If youre going for McDonald's, this is the only one to trust in the Moscow/Pullman area. After multiple failed attempts at the two Moscow locations and the other Pullman location, we decided to give this one a try. Every time I've been to this location the staff is friendly and genuine, the order comes out quickly and accurately, and the food is always 🔥 and fresh! Whoever is running this place should give the others some pointers. Great job you guys. Absolutely worth...
