I like the drinks but sometimes they are inconsistent and the boba is partially raw. Their hours are incredibly sporatic, they tend to close early (like an hour or more before their closing time that's listed) and without notice.
It definitely is a place just for college students. There were just two very young girls there, and they didn't get part of my order recorded. There were no sauces available even though they were listed on the menu. The vegetables in the soup were raw and the dumplings overcooked and mushy. The calamari was good, but the egg rolls had nothing but packets of soy sauce, not even packets of sweet and sour, and you have to tip before you get served so you can't tip according to service....read full review

My experience here is almost always positive. Good tea, good boba (chewey and not "hard" or like gelatin), and I particularly like the popcorn chicken. I am not a big fan of hot pots generally, so I cannot speak about those because I do not get them here.
