Drive thru speaker hasn't worked well for about a year and they never fix it. LONG wait times in the drive thru every time. Since new owners bought it recently everything has gotten way worse. We used to LOVE DQ and go all the time. Now we will find another option. Barely any fries in chicken strip basket and they were soggy.
