Can you guys please implement one person to do door dashes especially at night during rush hours? I doordash here a lot and have to wait 20-25 minutes just to pick up my order and it’s very hard on the people already working the drive through and the front counter. They all look so stressed with these doordash orders. Taco Bell had the same issue but now they’ve implemented a doordash specific person and it runs a lot smoother.Theres one guy I’d like to shout out who always seems to be alone up front he has short brown hair and he is very kind. Please help out your workers dairy queen

So I placed a mobile order for a reward and they didn't start making my order until I got there, and plus the manager had a pretty bad attitude. Also they treat you like a thief and always want to double check your phone for mobile orders. Poor customer service but at least the food is good

This place previously wasn't so bad, but something is going wrong with new staff or management. I watched a frustrated new employee struggling to understand how to punch up orders and being rude to customers. The (I assume) manager was very short with them, but rather than helping them process the group of people that were backing up; they just kept walking away after getting the employee through one step of the process... the result was a long wait and a poor experience... I was feeling bad for the staff, and then we just got chewed out for trying to explain to them what our order was given that they couldn't seem to find it on their outdated system.Get with the times and let people order at a kiosk or something. Also, treat employees and customers with respect. It's not worth keeping this place in business if you can't figure out how to treat people with kindness.

I went through the drive through. No one spoke over the speaker at all for 10 mins. Several cars waiting in line. Many pulled away and didn't want to wait. No one spoke to me on the speaker when I talked. I pulled forward and waited to get to the window another 10 minutes. I told the guy at the window my experienced. He said go back around and drive through again. "Don't care, you gotta go around." He got another persons a gal-older woman and she said, "Oh well...too bad you will have to pull around again. We don't have time to help you. We are too backed up to help you." The people at this Dairy queen do not care that someone waits and do not care if they inconvenience you. Do not go here unless you have 30 mins to wait in a car for service.
