They really took their time to listen to mine and my partners ordering issues and executed a plan so calmly and fast. “Went here on a Tuesday August afternoon, quite busy expect 5-10 mins wait in the drive-thru queue. But worth the wait, food was hot and good/expected quality. Customer service was good/expected quality too. Overall was a pleasant experience.“

“Hands down this place has the best burgers and milkshakes ever! The quality of their food is fresh and perfectly mouthwatering. The fries are so fresh and delicious and the shakes are real. No freezers is as fresh as you can get. Real beef that doesn't make you feel sick and bloated after eating. I can't say enough good things but if you want an amazing burger, this is the spot.“

“Indiana loc by the mall is outstanding. The customer service is always warm and top notch. My order is always correct and hot/fresh. I live closer to a different one but will go out of my way to this one. Note to corporate if you see this; please bring back the deluxe version of the fish sandwich you had a in the spring. That was crazy good.“

“Went to Zips on E. Sprague to get a Burger. Walked in, & in cooking area EVERYONE WAS WITHOUT A MASK! oh 2 of them had masks around their neck. They all looked at me then leaned over the food they were preparing/ baging & continued on....talking very loudly. I walked out because I needed a safer option. No masks, no gloves..too risky for me! I went directly to WENDY'S. EVERYONE at Wendy's wore a mask & gloves. If you want a a great burger from somewhere that is preparing your food Safely & following the rules, go to WENDY'S!! “I've eaten here several times and it's been good but they recently started to make their biscuits per order and the quality has increased greatly. I eat the monster biscuit more than anything else, maybe a couple times a weak, and I would highly recommend them to anyone. A 5 minute wait is worth it for the best breakfast out there in fast food. The staff is usually friendly and quick with the order, keep up the good work!“
