They really took their time to listen to mine and my partners ordering issues and executed a plan so calmly and fast. “Visited McDonald’s this morning to enjoy the breakfast menu. I seldom have time in the morning for hotcakes, and I had some time off from my normal schedule. Everything was clean, food was hot and quick, and staff was welcoming.

Shout out to Evan for his outstanding customer service and friendly attitude. Best McDonald’s breakfast experience I’ve had.“

“I haven't been in about 8 years. I grew up here in the late 2000s in Otis Orchards with the original Albertsons across the way (Formative memories). That play place was a save point for me. Thank you for still existing Carls Jr.! Service was great and the single order of fries was perfect, and I'm glad you guys cook them right away.“

“A neighbor recommended this place for some routine maintenance, so I decided to give them a shot. They handled everything quickly and efficiently without any fuss. The team got in, got out, and even left the area cleaner than they found it, which is always a plus around here in Liberty Lake. A smooth experience all around—no complaints!“

“Hands down this place has the best burgers and milkshakes ever! The quality of their food is fresh and perfectly mouthwatering. The fries are so fresh and delicious and the shakes are real. No freezers is as fresh as you can get. Real beef that doesn't make you feel sick and bloated after eating. I can't say enough good things but if you want an amazing burger, this is the spot.“

“Everything is good at Arby's! We usually frequent the drive thru. Drive thru attendants have been friendly and helpful. They do their best to work quickly and get the orders out. I've been loving Arby's roast beef and cheddar since I was a kid. (I do miss the super deals from back then). Curly fries are my go-to and a large lemonade always hits the spot.“

“Went to Zips on E. Sprague to get a Burger. Walked in, & in cooking area EVERYONE WAS WITHOUT A MASK! oh 2 of them had masks around their neck. They all looked at me then leaned over the food they were preparing/ baging & continued on....talking very loudly. I walked out because I needed a safer option. No masks, no gloves..too risky for me! I went directly to WENDY'S. EVERYONE at Wendy's wore a mask & gloves. If you want a a great burger from somewhere that is preparing your food Safely & following the rules, go to WENDY'S!! FEEL FREE TO SHARE! They get a 5.0 from me!“

“This location is clean. The food was excellent for fast food. Everything was as advertised. The food came out quickly even though it is a busy location.

Out of character a bit, but I asked for the name of the gentleman at the register so I could mention him here. Mike was incredibly welcoming, kind, a great example of exceptional customer service. He even brings food out to customers' tables when able.

I may never come through this area again, but people like Mike remind me of human kindness.
