“Despite these other reviews, I like this location. I have never had a bad experience ordering or with my food being incorrect. I usually go for breakfast on the weekends around 8am-10am. The staff is always nice and smiling, asking how your morning is going. I've worked for McDonald's in my teen years, I know how hard it can get sometimes. They do a great job.“

“Parking: A few spots including wheelchair accessible spots are located on the west side of the restaurant. But the entire parking lot surrounding it is free to park where you choose from Sullivan , or east of the place on Sprague . Parking spaces for KFC, are somewhat small but if you were traveling in a large vehicle or pulling a trailer you will have no problem parking here and going to dine in or drive thru.Kid-friendliness: I would say it isn't more kid friendly than any other fast food establishment.Wheelchair accessibility: Two or three spots on west side entrance from east Sprague Ave .“
“Happy employees, good food, fast service. What more could you ask for? Well, what if the employee paid for your dinner if you couldn’t? Wow, right?! That happened to me tonight. Spencer, an employee of Jack in the Box stepped in and paid for my dinner tonight when my new debit card wouldn’t work. I was so grateful. He went above and beyond the call of duty. It’s a great case of paying it forward. I got to have my Teriyaki Chicken Rice Bowl. The only thing that Spencer knew about me was that if nobody was behind me in line when I was ordering I asked a lot of questions & explained what my options were and which entrées were the favorites. Thankfully, I was able to pay him back after I found my bag of quarters in the car. I’ll be going back for Spencer and the food.“

You come here when you want a cheap burger and don't care about the quality of the restaurant interior beyond it being clean.I've rated the food as five stars not because it's the best around, but because it's very good for the price.If you haven't been here, it's cheap enough that you can try it and not feel cheated if you happen to not care for it.“
“Great burger. Best fast food fries in town (cajun). Ordered online and oder was supposed to be complete in 8-13 minutes. Arrived about 15 minutes later and still had to wait an additional 30 minutes for my order. Other were waiting too.“
“Great food no wait in line a very well kept restaurant The service is excellent At first they didn't know if they had the change and between the 2 of them they made sure that I was able to use a 100 Without having to go somewhere else that's been a big issue lately that I found in lots of places I go They never seem to have the correct change which discourages me from eating There I can think of 3 different restaurants that I went to in the last 2 months that did not have changed so I just left“
“Ordered a BROWN SUGAR BACON BLT... they gave me regular bacon. Phone call wouldn't go through all night, tried again in the morning and explained the issue to the Manager who is correcting the mistake and giving me a sandwich with the Adonis of bacons on it! Sometimes customer service takes time. Thank you for fixing this issue.“
