“Best pizza and breadsticks I've ever received from this location and I've been trying this location on and off for 10yrs and only had terrible food and manager who didn't seem to care when you call. I'm hoping this means I don't have to go to post falls for pizza hut anymore and can buy where I live, rathdrum. The delivery driver was great too. Keep up the good work!!“
“I think the burgers and fries are better than zips. Always great shakes. And if you're not feeling like any of that then there's always Pizza in the same building which is fantastic also. “I always enjoy McDonald's. I don't like the app so much. But I do use it to get free food.I hate their lack of counter service. They want to force you to use the kiosk. The Kiosks don't work so good!Just go to the counter and stand there and wave until somebody shows up. Then you can place an order!“

How you handle it – admit the oopsie and fix it, quick and easy! ??So, there I was at the Taco Bell in Rathdrum, just waiting to pick up an order (yup, just a witness to this awesome moment!). And let me tell you, their response to an order mix-up? Absolutely stellar! ? Heartfelt apologies, lightning-fast fix – they were on it! ? Such a huge difference from the mess over at the Apple Way Taco Bell. I mean, I bet the Rathdrum team wouldn’t make you buy extra just to get more sauce packets, right? ??PS thinking back I do believe this restaurant Taco Bell has always been super Speedy super clean and super friendly might be worth a couple extra miles to hit a really good Taco Bell environment“

“You know I like a place when I mention they are not trying to be anything they are not. This is a burger and fish & chip place. The products they are using are not farm-to-table. But they have got it down--very well--how to put it all together hot, fresh-ish, and for prices you are not used to in 2024. Everything we had was great. C'mon, think about it. This is a place you might rave about, paying twice as much, if it was in a coastal, el touristo town. But here we are 300 clicks inland, huh? It was busy on a Tue lunch. But they still found time to smile while that griddle/fryer is cranking out the bad-good food. We really, really liked this place; and, that is beyond having two ravenous 20-something sons with us, and the frugality factor. Dang it, I want to know what food service provider the are getting their stuff from...“
“Love going to Caps for lunch. We are here almost every week. We bring our boys and the staff appears to love interacting with them and writing/drawing funny things on their sandwich wrappers. The kids love their grilled cheeses and lollipops. As many times as we’ve eaten here at the CDA location we have always got exactly what we ordered to perfection and staff are always friendly and the dining area clean. This place is awesome and Jameson runs a tight ship.Kid-friendliness: The grilled cheeses and the lollipops are the bomb. The kids love it.“
