I don't know his name but the drive-thru worker at the rathdrum taco bell tonight was amazing!! So sweet and upbeat. He saw the music I was listening too (epic the wisdom saga) , and we both chatted about it and got excited that we both knew the music!! He had glasses and was working around 8pm! Thank you for a great experience!
It's a taco Bell.... The employees are friendly and helpful
Got told that the lobby is closed at 10:30 and yet they're open till 2am such bs. They're negative attitudes and lack of customer service makes it really difficult to want to go to this particular Taco Bell anymore

Taco Bell offers good food, with a clean and friendly environment. Despite occasional mishaps with orders, the management is quick to resolve any issues and ensure customers are satisfied. The Rathdrum location is recognized for its friendly staff who aim to make sure customers have a positive experience. Recent reviews mention that sometimes staff spend more time talking to each other than focusing on orders, which can lead to mistakes like leaking burritos and missing items such as nachos with only seven chips. One customer noted that their cantina crispy taco was terrible, with one taco looking like it was stepped on and another a mess with jalapeño sauce, which they ordered without. However, when the staff are attentive, the food can be excellent, and the environment remains clean and welcoming. A recent online order was ready on time, and the staff were pleasant and helpful, making this Taco Bell a decent choice for those looking for a pleasant fast food experience. The staff's friendliness and speed, particularly highlighted by one reviewer, showcase that this location has the potential to deliver a great experience.
