“the customer service of this arbys shines over sandpoint as a pedestal to what customer service in fast food should be. the lady that took me and my mothers order was very polite and created good conversation while taking our order, and getting everything right about it. as we were walking to get seated, our food was already ready for us and the kind gentleman that gave us our food was very helpful as well. the resturaunt itself is maintened fairly well, i just believe customers leave their trash there so i don’t blame it on the workers. the place is very clean overall and it has a good atmosphere. i love the view you get to enjoy as you eat your food as well. sandpoint is a beautiful town and eating arbys and dozing off into the sunset with food all around me really boosts my seratonin levels. overall, this arbys is a hit. i recommend

Kid-friendliness: the lady that served my mother and i was also very accommodating to a couple kids that came into the store, making them feel as if they are in a space station of some sort. really giving the kids an experience they can enjoy. i believe the ladies name was bree? very sweet lady.“

“The staff was happy and helpful,they worked really good together. I had the teriyaki bowl meal as usual, it's really good. Hubby had the $1 tacos, he said they were good for the price. We shared the jalapeño poppers they were good too.“

“The service at Taco Bell was very mediocre manager on shift kept ignoring customers and when you call corporate, they act like it’s not a big deal and they blame it on staff shortages yet they have no issue being so picky about who they hire and then wonder why they are having a staff shortage“

When we got the order (2 chicken burgers) and told the assistant manager Brandon Rhodes we ordered hamburgers he then ordered our hamburgers and suggested we take the Chicken Burgers home.
