“I love the frozen yogurt and boba here. My only complaint is the past few times I’ve tried to order the boy working the counter had everything shut down a half hour early. He keeps the open sign on the door up but turns off the neon sign and has turned us away. Their website claims they close at 9pm. I understand starting closing chores early but it’s a bit disappointing that this has happened more than once.“

“Walked in for the first time ever at a zips got greeted before even walking through the door, great experience the person at the counter helped me with the menu and was very kind. Food was fresh and hot and came out within 5 minutes. Atmosphere was great loved the overall experience will go back.“

“Love the drive up fact, don’t love the no restroom to wash your hands fact… at least not that I saw. My server was Heather and she was fantastic, but when I broke my big straw and went to ask for another one another employee was kinda rude about it and tried to charge me. Also their breakfast compared to other drive throughs is the best.“

“Bought cookies for the first time 2 weeks ago. They are so delicious. This week we bought two of the cookies and cream cocoa mouse cups, my 13 yr old daughter ate almost a full cup in one sitting. She said get this one every time. The employees at the Clarkston store are so nice! We will being back often and sending others“
